Q1. What's your sample policy?
A: Normal Solid-Color Microfiber Towel is free sample. Customers only need to pay for the shipping cost ( DHL / FedEx / UPS).
Samples of Printed Towel or Custom-Made need to pay sample cost.
Q2. What is the normal lead time for product orders?
A: Generally it is 2-3 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 7-14 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q3. What's your minimum order quantity?
A: MOQ 100 pieces/design, special custom requirement may need more quantity. For some normalitems, we have stock, will have no MOQ requirement..
Q4. Could you design the pattern / logo for me?
A: Yes, we have a design team at your service.
You can send us your design, or tell us your ideas and then get a pre-production sample.
Or we can send you our current design for your reference and revise the design according to your ideas.
Q5. What's your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight, Made in china Trade Assurance Order and PayPal are acceptable.
Q6. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A: Customers are welcome to get existing sample towel or custom printed sample towels before placing an order.
We revise the sample according to your ideas after you receiving the samples.
Our professional QC team inspect the products quality in the whole process of mass production.
